I was in need of a new dentist after I moved, so I checked the phone book and decided to call Dr. Kao after I saw his ad. He bills himself as a dentist for people who don't like going to the dentist. That's me, so I gave him a try. Dr. Kao was excellent, and had a very friendly bedside manner. However, his assistant on that day was not nice at all. She was very short with me, impatient, and not very understanding. Maybe it was just a bad day for her. I won't let that experience stop me from going back to Dr. Kao's office.
